  • How long is shipping?

 Younique Luxury ships via USPS. Please allow 3-5 business days AFTER order processing time. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES ONCE THEY ARE SHIPPED!

 

  • I'm local, does my package have to be shipped?                                           

No, you may select local pick-up at checkout.

 

  • If I select local pick up will I receive my items the same day?

Yes, as long as order is made during store hours. Please see the home page for current store hours. 

 •I selected local pick-up but no one has contacted me?

Check your email for a confirmation that your order has been fulfilled. If a member of our team does not reach out within 12 hours please contact customer care via EMAIL @ customercare@youniqueluxury.com

 

  • My outfit does not fit, can I have a refund? 

All sales are final. If local we ALWAYS ask that you try on the garment before purchasing. 

 

  • My item was damaged, may I have a refund?

No, we thoroughly inspect each & every one of our items before shipping.  ALL SALES ARE FINAL! If we happen to overlook a flaw we will issue STORE CREDIT within 7 days of purchase.
